From Workshop to Full-Scale Manufacturing
Founded in 2009 in Henglan, Zhongshan — the lighting manufacturing capital of China — YNDLUX has grown from a specialist LED workshop into a vertically integrated lighting manufacturer. Today, our 25,000 m² facility houses the complete production chain: from raw aluminium processing to finished, tested luminaires ready for installation.
Over 15 years we have built a team of more than 200 professionals across R&D, optical engineering, production, quality control, and export operations. This depth of capability allows us to control every aspect of product quality, from material selection to final photometric verification.
Six Core Product Lines
Magnetic Track Lighting (DC48V) — Our flagship system. Recessed and surface-mounted aluminium profiles in R12, R16, and R20 widths. Compatible luminaires include spotlights, linear pendants, grille lights, and our latest innovation: magnetic acoustic panels. CRI≥90/95, with DALI-2, Casambi, and Tuya smart dimming options.
AC Track Lighting (220–240V) — High-performance track spotlights from 7W to 40W. Our AC track lights achieve up to 165 lm/W luminous efficacy, verified by goniophotometer testing — not integrating sphere estimates. Available in 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire configurations for retail, hospitality, and museum applications.
Modular LED Linear Systems — Our 50 mm quick-connect linear light system eliminates complex wiring. Integrated copper conductors inside each module create electrical connections the moment two modules snap together. UGR<19 prismatic diamond diffuser, DIP switch CCT selection (2700K/3000K/4000K). Modules available in 1m, 1.5m, and 2m lengths with L, T, Cross, and D800 arc connectors.
Acoustic Lighting Panels — PET felt sound-absorbing panels that mount magnetically onto 48V DC track rails. NRC 0.85 noise reduction coefficient, available in 30 colours and 4 standard sizes (300×300, 600×300, 600×600, 300×1200 mm). Optional Class A fire-rated fiberglass upgrade. One system, two functions: lighting and acoustics from a single ceiling infrastructure.
LED Downlights — Recessed, surface-mounted, and anti-glare variants. UGR<19, CRI≥95, IP65 rated options for wet areas. Power range from 7W to 40W covering offices, hotels, healthcare, and residential applications.
Linear Trunking Systems — Continuous-row suspended or surface-mounted lighting for retail aisles, warehouses, car parks, and commercial corridors. 1.2m and 1.5m modules, UGR<19 options, emergency backup capability.
Engineering and R&D Capabilities
With over 50 patents granted, our in-house engineering team handles optical design, thermal simulation, driver electronics, and mechanical engineering. Every luminaire we produce is tested on a goniophotometer to generate accurate IES and LDT (EULUMDAT) photometric data files — the industry standard formats used by lighting designers in DIALux and Relux software.
We do not rely on integrating sphere data alone for efficacy claims. Goniophotometer testing captures the complete luminous intensity distribution of the finished luminaire, including all optical losses from reflectors, lenses, and diffusers. This means lighting designers can trust our published lm/W figures for their calculations.
